Jury evaluation
Jurors evaluate your entry against the published criteria.
Shortlist
The strongest entries in each category go forward.
Finalists
Finalists are announced for each category.
Winner
One winner is named in each category.
What you send
Your application describes the company and the service you are entering: what you sell, where, to whom and through which channels. Keep it factual. The jury reads many entries and favours clear numbers over adjectives.
What counts as evidence
- Coverage figures, such as airports, terminals and countries
- Screenshots or a recorded walkthrough of the booking journey
- Customer satisfaction results and support data
- Sales performance for the entry period
- Technical performance data where it applies
Each category page lists the evidence that helps most.

If your company works in more than one area, enter every category that fits. Each is assessed on its own criteria.
